Remediation Manager Remediation Manager provides an automated workflow to assist in decreasing unlicensed use on your service. Within the Remediation Manager setup, the account sharing criteria is entered that will determine which accounts will enter remediation. The criteria values are based on the number of patterns, pervasiveness and frequency that sharing has been detected on the account. The remediation steps are configurable and can include an alert to the user while logging on, email notices, password changes, enabling strong authentication and locking the account.
